Foreign Exchange Management (FEMA)

On liberalization of investments into business activities, the importance of foreign exchange is playing vital role in sources of business operations from a decade onwards. But the government shows an eagle eye on foreign exchange transactions by framing Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).
